The Eggbeater are the epitome of a brilliantly simple, yet extremely well-functioning pedal construction, true to the motto "as much as necessary, as little as possible".
From 2016, the pedals got inside high-quality premium Igus bearings and outside bearings from Enduro Bearing donated. In addition, the current version receives a revised inside double-lip seal and an improved outer seal to protect the bearing even more effective against the weather and to ensure long-lasting ease.
The open construction ensures immunity to dirt and mud so that a comfortable entry on all 4 pedal sides is possible even under the most adverse conditions.
