Besides the main focus on protection, load transfer and great carrying comfort, emphasis has also been placed on providing the completely newly developed Liteshield Carry System Air with maximum ventilation. The key challenge was to provide closeness to the body with the highest degree of ventilation. Apart from the large central (spine) ventilation channel, the system also features:
-EVA foam stripes with ventilation holes and an air-mesh covering, together with a special oblique gabled groove reduce the contact area with the back, thereby enhancing the circulation of air
-An extra-wide ergonomically shaped hip belt that is made from highly elastic, looped fabric that provides the necessary sturdiness as well as maximum air permeability. Load is transferred to the hips while optimum breathability is ensured
