Cane Creek Helm Suspension Fork
Description
Cane Creek's suspension engineers have put in a lot of effort and know-how to develop something that no other manufacturer on the market can offer. The two air chambers can be filled via a valve, and now comes the highlight: you can manually balance these chambers via a valve at the lower end of the dip tubes.

In addition, the fork offers you an internally adjustable Air Volume Adjust (8 positions), which allows you to fine-tune the spring characteristics even more. High- and Low Speed compression as well as the Low Speed rebound can be adjusted externally, as already known from the shock range. In addition, you can adjust the travel in 10 mm steps from 100 to 170 mm by simply mounting/dismounting the spacers, so you have almost all areas of use covered with a suspension fork.
